Registration Information

Walter Douglas Elementary School

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Online registration for all current elementary students who will be returning in the 2018-2019 school year begins April 23, 2018. We hope online registration will save you time and will improve the accuracy of our records. Please follow the two steps below to register your student, and feel free to contact the school at 520-696-8300 for assistance. (Note: New students should register in person at the school office, and students who will be attending Flowing Wells Junior High School next year will receive information in June for the July online registration process.)

STEP 1: Establish a PowerSchool Parent Portal Account (as soon as possible)
If you already have established a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, simply use your existing login information. You may complete this process at any time. We recommend establishing this account as soon as possible rather than waiting until the registration window opens.  Please visit the front office for directions to establish this account and to link your student's information to your account. 

STEP 2: Register your Student (beginning April 23)
Log on to your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. On the lower left side of the screen, select "Registration 2018-2019." Enter information as prompted until you have completed all required fields, and then select "Submit." 

Please "Opt In" to our Text Messaging Service!
Once your current cell phone number has been submitted in the PowerSchool Parent Portal, please text Yes to 67587. This will allow us to keep in touch with your through text messages.
