"The Walter Douglas Parent Teacher Organization is the best way for our school's parents to interact with their child's teachers. We strive to foster those relationships and create a sense of community between our staff and our parents through projects, scholarships, goal-sharing, and open communication." John Mussulman, Former PTO President

The  Douglas Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has grown over time to form a collaborative relationship in support of our students. This connection is bolstered by a unifying goal to raise funds, make improvements, and support school initiatives deemed appropriate and necessary to the functions of the school. Comprised of PTO officers, parents, administrators, a teacher representative from each grade level, support staff members, and a Spanish translator, the PTO meets monthly to discuss school priorities and initiate fundraising efforts. Our PTO Meetings take place the first Wednesday of every month at 2:30 p.m. We hope to see you there!
